- We take care of your pension. This is because you made agreements with your employer regarding the implementation of your pension agreement. You cannot opt out of this use. Otherwise, we cannot comply with the legal rules.
- We will inform you on important matters. In the event changes are made to your pension scheme, for example.
- We record data about you when you call us, or the pension administration service so that we can handle your question, or when you visit our website. You can think of cookies or login details when you go to your personal area.
- If your consent is requested for certain data, you can always withdraw it later.
- We will retain your personal data for up to 5 years after you receive your capital. If you are a pensioner, we will keep your personal data for life and even longer. After all, partners or survivors may sometimes still receive funds from your pension for years.
- The pension services are performed by EMFEA on our behalf. For this purpose, they may access your personal data. Our communications office and the actuarial firm have access to your personal data as well.
Accuracy of data
ExxonMobil OFP strives to maintain a complete, accurate and updated version of the personal data collected, while being mindful of the purposes for which these data were collected. Participants are responsible to help maintain the accuracy and completeness of their data and are expected to notify EMFEA of any potential changes.

EMFEA processes personal data on our behalf. We handle your personal data with the utmost care. We have made arrangements with EMFEA in this context. These include arrangements with respect to the safeguarding of your personal data. In addition, we made arrangements on how EMFEA must perform the operations for our funds. These arrangements are listed in an agreement.
